My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was a bit small with no wardrobe, just a coat rack, and the bathroom was cramped, but the view of the distant hills was nice, even though the balcony door wouldn't open and the window wouldn't shut. The service, however, was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff going the extra mile, especially with my little boy. The location was superb, overlooking the sea and offering free parking right at the beach, just a couple of miles from the town center. The dining experience was a mix of good and not so good, with slow service but excellent food choices. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel was a delightful stay right by the sea, offering beautifully decorated rooms with a good eye for detail. The balcony was a nice touch, cleaned daily during our 4-night stay. The friendly and helpful service was impeccable, making our beachfront experience truly outstanding.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very nice, and I appreciated the prompt cancellation and refund confirmation for two nights. However, the front desk could have been more attentive.
